| Atrenta Selects Transfer Nederland as Distributor in Benelux Region | | Feb 12, 2004 | SAN JOSE, Calif. - February 12, 2004 - Atrenta Inc., the Predictive Analysis Company, announced that it has partnered with Transfer Nederland BV to deliver its award-winning suite of SpyGlass predictive analysis products to the BeNeLux (Belgium - Netherlands - Luxembourg) region. This new distribution relationship further extends Atrenta's presence in Europe which already includes a distribution network in the United Kingdom, Ireland, Israel, Germany, Austria, and Switzerland as well as a direct sales force in France and the United Kingdom. Transfer will provide the essential support and resources necessary for SpyGlass' growing customer base in Europe, which already includes more than a dozen of the leading semiconductor and IP companies.
