Mo Movahed joined eASIC as Vice President Software Engineering in April 2008. Most recently, Mo was Vice President of Engineering at Atrenta, an EDA company, where he helped the company to become the Market Leader in RTL analysis and verification, and early design closure. Prior to that, he held key positions at Lattice semiconductor as Vice President of Software Engineering, and Senior Management and Research Positions at Cadence Design Systems and Xerox Corporation.

Mo Movahed holds a Bachelor's in Computer Engineering from the University of California, Los Angeles and a Masters in Electronic Engineering from the University of Southern California where he worked towards a Ph.D degree.
