Atrenta's Customer Fellows Program delivers world-class technical support and collaboration to our growing roster of global customers. This unique program goes beyond traditional field engineering and sets a new standard for service and support in the EDA industry.
The World Leader in Customer-Driven Design Automation Solutions
The Customer Fellows Program grooms a select group of Atrenta engineers--both field application engineers and product development engineers--to serve as technical ambassadors to worldwide customers. All Customer Fellows complete a rigorous training regimen that includes instruction in customer communication skills, advanced service and support methodologies and customer-centric philosophy and practices. The program features in-depth seminars by renowned customer relations experts such as Robert Spector, author of The Nordstrom Way, and Dr. Gary Genard, an expert in global communications and presentation skills.

Once Fellows have completed training, they are assigned to customer sites around the world. There, Fellows gain deep insight into customer needs, provide assistance with customer problem solving and promote best practices that enable faster and more efficient production of leading-edge silicon, system and software designs. Within Atrenta, Customer Fellows serve as the "voice of the customer," helping to drive a customer-centric orientation throughout the company, including its support, sales and marketing programs and its product development efforts.
