Atrenta Legacy Software Release Support Policy

Definitions
  • Legacy Software Release: Any Major or Minor Release of Atrenta software that is older than the current Major/Minor Release.
  • Major Release: A version of Atrenta software that increments the first or second release designator number. (e.g., 3.0 to 4.0, or 3.1 to 3.2)
  • Minor Release: A version of Atrenta software that increments the third or fourth release designator number. (e.g., 3.1.1 to 3.1.2, or 3.2.1.1 to 3.2.1.2)

Policy

  • Atrenta will support a Legacy Software Release for two additional Major Release cycles. Upon availability of the third Major Release, all support for that version of the Legacy Software Release will cease.
